Food and food‑service delivery drivers play a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. As a face of Performance Food Group, you will ensure products arrive on time, in good condition, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct safety checks (pre/post‑trip) on tractor, truck, and trailer in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safe‑driving guidelines.
• Inspect trailers for proper loading and secure freight.
• Verify customer invoices against loaded items and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Drive scheduled routes, delivering customer orders and maintaining records of service hours.
• Unload and transfer products into designated customer storage areas; handle returns and damaged goods.
• Collect payments (cash or checks) when required and obtain proper signatures.
• Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep trailers clean and organized.
• Assume other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of tractor‑trailer commercial driving experience.
• 6+ months of food‑service/beverage distribution industry experience.
• State licensing and/or certification requirements met (where applicable).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to hand‑lift and use hand truck, lift gate, or other equipment to move and stack freight ranging from 10–35 lbs up to 60–90 lbs.
