Associate Veterinarian – Bay Animal Hospital (Panama City, FL)

We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian who will practice gold-standard medicine with joy, balance, and a sense of humor. If you are a DVM who can remain calm in the chaos, treat both patients and people with compassion, you’ll fit right in.

• Provide compassionate, thorough medical care for companion animals.
• Perform surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments with confidence.
• Communicate clearly with pet parents (translate veterinary language to people language).
• Support clients through every stage of their pet s life—from first check-up to end-of-life care.
• Keep accurate medical records.
• Uphold veterinary ethics and hospital protocols with pride.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited AVMA program.
• Active or eligible Florida license.
• DEA/BNDD eligibility.
• Strong communication skills (bonus if you can deliver bad news and a good belly rub in the same appointment).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds solo, 25+ with a buddy.
