Health Care Support is actively seeking a Manager of Emergency Services to lead a high-volume department at a well-established acute care hospital serving the Panama City community. This hospital is recognized for its comprehensive emergency services, including dedicated adult and pediatric emergency care, advanced cardiac and stroke capabilities, and strong specialty support.
ScheduleEvening Shift 3p-11p M-F
Compensation Notes- $95,000 - $117,000
- Relocation assistance available!
- Supervise and support clinical staff during assigned shifts, addressing workflow issues and staffing needs
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and required quality checks
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to coordinate care and resolve unit concerns

- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Emergency Room experience
