Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Panama City, FL. As a Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and surgeries as needed
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
