Registered Nurse Standing Emergency Room - Nights & Mixed

Overview

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our free-standing emergency room in Panama City, FL. This is a full-time position with 12-hour night and mixed shifts available.

• Assess patients' condition and prioritize care based on urgency
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plan
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Flexibility to work 12-hour night and mixed shifts
