HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is a 238-bed acute care facility serving Bay County and surrounding communities for over 40 years. The hospital offers advanced specialty services including adult and pediatric emergency care, certified women  services, cardiac care, stroke care, robotic surgery, and orthopedic services. It is the regions only Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation
, and has the only Level III NICU and Pediatric ICU in the area.

We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill cases. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, multitasker, and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic emergency care environment.

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
• Develop individualized care plans and expected outcomes
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing patient needs
• Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, departments, and care teams
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a patient-focused environment

Required:

• 1+ year recent ER acute care RN experience (within last year)
• Florida RN license or multistate license (must obtain Florida license prior to start if relocating)
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma
• BLS prior to employment start
• ACLS and PALS within 90 days of start
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start

Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics across varying acuity levels

Hourly Rate: $27.72 to $36.30 (510 years) / $39.60 (15+ years)

Shift Differential: $4/night (no weekend or specialty diff)

Sign-On Bonus: $10K Days / $15K Nights
