• Manage and respond to patients' needs, including pain management, wound care, and patient education.
• Provide support and counseling to help patients and families understand and manage their care needs.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and adheres to regulatory and facility standards.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families to provide high-quality, coordinated care.
• Participate in unit-based training, workshops, and continuing education courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

Candidate requirements

• BSN, associate's degree in nursing (ADN), or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and medical documentation tools.
