• Provide the highest quality of care for patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Utilize all available resources to manage the medical needs of Home Health patients.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes.
• Act as a patient advocate and communicate effectively with primary doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and other team members to manage patient care.

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed in the practicing state(s).
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience.
