• Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring effective and compassionate patient care within the unit.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain a well-functioning unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, guiding them on clinical and administrative matters.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes and meeting healthcare standards.

Candidate requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a charge nurse or leadership role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
