Job specification

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with varying levels of illness or injury.
• Identify expected patient outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and adjust strategies and treatments to meet patient needs.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing care efficiently.
• Provide clear follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and hospital departments to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain patient safety and high standards of nursing practice at all times.

Candidate requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma.
• Active Florida RN License or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• 1+ years of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Must be obtained before start date).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (Must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (Must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
