You'll serve as the Registered Nurse Director, responsible for supervising all facets of the medical-surgical unit, guaranteeing top-notch patient care, and fostering a supportive workplace atmosphere for our staff.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Serve as a liaison between the medical-surgical unit and other departments within the healthcare facility.

Candidate requirements

• Accredited Nursing Degree, Bachelor of Science Degree, currently licensed in relevant state, BLS.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience, 2 years experience as a supervisor, charge nurse, or clinical manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of patient-centered care and staff satisfaction.
