We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at a top medical facility in Panama City, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the cardiac med/surg unit during night shifts.

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cardiac med/surg unit
• Must have a minimum education of an Associate of Nursing Degree.
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac conditions and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed
