This full‑time opportunity offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient 4‑week schedule. Recent graduates are welcome. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. New 15K Sign‑On Bonus is available for full‑time night shift positions for new employees!
Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at our 86‑bed facility in Panama City, FL, as well as outpatient services to adolescents and adults at four outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle. Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment, and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current FL RN license or compact license
- Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts—three days per week
