- Shifts: Mixed 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 8:30 PM range); on-call required (must live within 30 minutes of facility)
- Pay Range: $26.40 – $39.60/hr (based on years of experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
- Shift Differential: $2.50 (after 3:00 PM)
- On-Call Pay: $4/hour
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the PACU immediately following surgery
Monitor neurological and cardiac status; provide airway support and initial wound care
Respond rapidly to post-op complications and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
Perform comprehensive assessments and implement care plans based on patient needs
Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and recovery plans
Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and interdisciplinary communication
Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled (details provided in interview)
Requirements:1+ year of recent PACU RN experience in an acute care setting is required
Critical Care/ICU experience is highly preferred
BLS certification (within 30 days of start)
ACLS and PALS certification (within 60 days of start)
Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
