We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team on the night shift. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in our fast-paced emergency department.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plan
• Assist with emergency procedures and provide support to physicians as needed
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

• Active Florida Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
