Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Training provided.
- Assist clients and prospects by phone and email
- Support teammates with follow-ups and daily needs
- Research and resolve coverage questions
- Maintain accurate client files and correspondence
- Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance solutions
- Help with general office duties as needed
- Strong communication and typing skills
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic math
- Organized, reliable, ethical, and team-oriented
- based on experience and licensing
- Performance bonuses and additional benefits available
- No insurance experience required (we train)
- Insurance experience is a plus
