Job DescriptionEPS Corporation Company is seeking a highly skilled On Site Technical Manager
. The On‑Site Technical Manager provides hands‑on technical leadership and on‑site support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Networks (C4N) systems supporting LCAC platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical assistance activities, ensuring system availability, operational readiness, and compliance with U.S. Navy procedures. The On‑Site Technical Manager serves as the primary technical authority at the installation or operational location, coordinating with Navy personnel, engineering teams, and program stakeholders.
Serve as the on‑site technical lead for C4N systems supporting LCAC platforms, providing expert‑level troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support.
Diagnose and resolve complex electronic, networking, and system integration issues in operational and maintenance environments.
Perform and oversee system inspections, fault isolation, corrective maintenance, and verification of repairs.
Utilize advanced electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers, to support diagnostics and system validation.
Lead and support U.S. Navy Groom procedures and provide Technical Assists as required.
Coordinate on‑site activities with Navy operators, maintenance personnel, and engineering support teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable Navy technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements.
Document maintenance actions, discrepancies, and corrective measures in accordance with program and Navy reporting requirements.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to on‑site technicians and support staff.
Support system upgrades, modifications, and configuration changes as directed by the program.
Requirements Required Education- Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Completion of a relevant military technical training program, such as U.S. Navy Electronics Technician (ET).
This education or training is essential to provide a strong foundation in electronics theory, troubleshooting methodologies, and network fundamentals required for complex system maintenance and repair.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electronic and network issues efficiently and accurately.
Ability to work independently in an operational environment while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Required ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex electronic and IT systems.
At least 3 years of direct experience supporting naval C4N systems and LCAC platform systems.
Experience performing or supporting U.S. Navy Groom procedures and Technical Assists is highly desired.
