Interim Health Care is looking for extremely motivated HHAs to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting.
Responsibilities- Excellent Communication
- Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization.
- Assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion.
- Utilize good infection control measures.
- Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor.
- 1 year Experience
- Excellent Communication
- CNA or HHA Certification (completion of 75 hrs)
- Current CPR (NO ONLINE accepted)
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of Current Car Insurance
- Able to Lift, Carry, Push or Pull up to 50 lbs.
