Registered Nurse​/Aprn Director - Case Management

Overview

Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse / APRN Director Case Management to join our team at our location in Panama City, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the case management department
• Lead and supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in the case management department
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the case management team and provide feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and external agencies to support patient care and discharge planning
• Provide education and training to staff on case management best practices and updates in healthcare policies and regulations
• Oversee the budget and resource allocation for the case management department
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the department

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices related to case management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
