Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract working Friday and Saturday day shifts with at least 6 months of recent ultrasound experience required.
Responsibilities- Position based in an ultrasound department
- Work schedule is Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 13-week travel assignment
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
- Provide accurate and detailed ultrasound imaging according to departmental protocols
- Documentation, skills checklist, and certification copies must be submitted as part of the application
- Dress code and additional onboarding requirements may be discussed during the interview process
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in ultrasound within the last 6 months
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred for certain facilities and may be required in some regions
- Active license required if applicable
- Certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted; no certifications may expire within 30 days of start
- No work history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
- Professional references required: two references for Florida or Missouri, one reference for other states
