Medical Lab Tech

Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (rotating weekends)

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (rotating weekends)

We are seeking a licensed Medical Laboratory Technician to join our accredited healthcare system. In this role, you’ll support essential lab functions that directly impact patient care by ensuring accurate results, reliable processes, and a safe environment.

• Perform diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology

• Accurately report test results and alert providers/nursing staff of abnormal findings

• Ensure quality control in specimen collection, sampling, and record keeping

• Calibrate, maintain, and test laboratory equipment for accuracy and sterility

• Florida Medical Laboratory Technician license (in hand or pending approval)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred

• MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required

• Previous laboratory experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals or lab assistant experience encouraged to apply)

Candidates with a solid foundation in lab skills, detail orientation, and strong clinical exposure — whether through previous work or training.
