Description
Operates building environmental systems and base utilities by using the Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) computerized control console for the surveillance and correction of off-normal and line fault alarms. Using engineering designs and system generated display graphics, interprets the codes produced by the system to determine the point or points on alarm and the nature of the problem. Also performs duties of a production control controller.

Also performs duties of a production control controller.
Requirements- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10, 11 and NT software packages.
- Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Team player; ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand American English to an eighth grade level for a working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings, as per contract requirement.
- Night, weekend and holiday shifts required. Overtime shift work may be needed in certain circumstances. Ability to cover various shifts per contract requirement.
