Position: Senior Mission Analyst with Security Clearance
McLaughlin Research Corp. is seeking an experienced Senior Mission Analyst to support a contract (pending award) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) A40 Analysis, Tactics and Simulation Division has requirements to provide engineering, programmatic, and technical support to various modeling and simulation, engineering, analysis, and tactics (MSEAT) development for Mine Warfare, Littoral Warfare, Expeditionary Warfare, Special Warfare, Surface Warfare, Subsea and Seabed Warfare (SSW), Amphibious Warfare, and Emerging/Future Warfare systems under development, acquisition, and sustainment within the Division and within the NSWC PCD organization.

Senior MIW Mission Analyst – Desire 7 years of civilian or military experience developing MIW U.S. Navy missions, or equivalent, planning and analysis tools, documents, and point papers related to application of advanced technology in expanding MIW roles, to include TACMEMOs, EXTACs, Naval Warfare Publication (NWP) sections, Operational Employment Guides, tactical decision aids, and tactical working papers. Demonstrated experience should also include: recent experience (within the last two years) producing MIW mission planning data from updated environmental and threat data including performing analysis of environmental impact, assets allocation, political situation impact, and threat information;

extensive experience with documentation of MCM tactics including identification of differences and inconsistencies between MCM combat systems and published MIW doctrine; and participation as either a MIW operator or as a MIW SME in Fleet exercise and/or training events.
