Were seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our team in a dedicated nocturnal role. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-impact care during overnight hours managing labor, deliveries, and emergent OB/GYN consults while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive clinical environment.

Whether you're an experienced hospitalist or a generalist looking to transition into a more focused, shift-based model, this role offers autonomy, stability, and lifestyle balance.

• Provide overnight coverage (e.g., 7 PM - 7 AM or similar)
  Manage laboring patients, perform deliveries (including C-sections), and respond to OB/GYN emergencies
  Collaborate with anesthesiology, neonatology, nursing, and on-call providers
  Ensure seamless handoffs and maintain clear, timely documentation
  Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in all aspects of care

• MD or DO with completed OB/GYN residency
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
  Strong clinical skills in labor & delivery, triage, and emergent OB/GYN care
  Excellent communicator and team player, especially in high-acuity situations
  Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
