Teller Member Service Representative

Hello Credit Union is searching for a detail-oriented and customer service driven teller to join our team. This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to customers in person, via phone and through the mail. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. • Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports
• Counting and packaging currency
• Reconciling cash drawers
• Opening new accounts and helping with loan applications
• Exchanging foreign currency
• Promoting the bank’s products and services
• Keeping customers’ personal information confidential
• Communicating with other bank team members

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience required
