* Job Description:

** Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Painter to support dealership operations by delivering retail-ready paint finishes on new and used vehicles. This role requires experience with automotive refinishing, color matching, and paint correction in a fast-paced, production-based environment. This position is best suited for candidates with dealership, body shop, or automotive reconditioning experience who can meet daily throughput goals while maintaining quality standards.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform high-quality refinishing and reconditioning on dealership vehicles.
* Repair small dings, scratches, and minor body damage to ensure a flawless finish.
* Mix and match paint for color accuracy and seamless blending.
* Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using proper techniques.
* Follow safety and environmental regulations for paint application and disposal.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Collaborate with service and reconditioning teams to meet quality and efficiency standards.## Qualifications
** Required Qualifications
*** Automotive painting or refinishing experience in a
** dealership, body shop, collision center, or reconditioning environment
*** Experience using
** spray guns, automotive paint systems, and color-matching techniques
*** Ability to work in a
** production-based environment
*** Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
* Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
* Ability to follow standardized processes and safety procedures--
- ** Preferred Qualifications
*** Dealership or automotive reconditioning experience
* Experience with
** spot repair, blend repair, and paint correction
*** Familiarity with
** waterborne paint systems
*** Collision repair or body shop background
* Experience meeting
