As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Panama City Beach, FL
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to guest and staff needs with clear communication and outstanding customer service.

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of resort buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe for suspicious or unusual activity, and assist with guest way finding, noise complaints, lost and found matters, and/or other service requests per site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and/or fire or alarm activations, and coordinate notifications to site management and/or public responders as directed.
• Document observations, patrols, and incidents in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
