Panama City Beach, FL (Hybrid) & Remote opening. Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products — blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests, owners, and partners. We’re looking for a solution-oriented sales professional who will guide owners through resale, deed, and transition solutions with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

- Guide owners through resale, deed, and transition options using a consultative, solution-focused approach.
- Engage owners through inbound and outbound phone and email communications to address questions, feedback, and concerns.
- Educate and empower owners by clearly explaining available programs, benefits, and next steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall owner experience.
- Maintain accuracy and accountability by documenting interactions and outcomes within CRM systems.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or vacation ownership.
- Proven ability to build rapport, listen empathetically, and guide customers toward informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Comfort managing both inbound service conversations and outbound sales outreach.
- High level of organization, self-motivation, and follow-through.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred.
- Real Estate License highly preferred.
