Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T2208) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their needs and inform them about current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and help enroll, activate and use these features.
• Understand and explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services and comply with applicable laws (e.g., beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties based on business needs.
