Produce Team Member at The Fresh Market

We’re looking for team members who work in any department including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front‑End. They must help deliver on our mission to make everyday eating extraordinary for our guests.

• Consistently provide excellent guest service.
• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help them create their meal solution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and work across departments to assist guests.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, while ensuring nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present yourself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards.

This position requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
