WHAT OUR BARTENDERS DO:

Our Bartenders are responsible for bringing our beverage lineup to life. If you think you can consistently raise the bar (pardon the pun) and havea great timedoing it, then this may be the perfect job for you!

A BARTENDER DAYS-TO-DAY

• Provide an exceptional drinking experience by serving beverages promptly and courteously.

• Attend to detail and presentation of each order, ensuring high-quality standards.

• Prepare andmaintainbeverage ingredients by following recipes.

• Stay knowledgeable about all current specials and promotions.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Coordinate daily supply inventory for the bar andsubmitorders to the supervisor.

• Assist with receiving and stocking beverage deliveries.

• Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.

• Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures andmaintaincompliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.

• PassTIPScertification.

• Assist with orienting new team members.

• Listen to guest concerns and suggest resolutions or escalate to a supervisor.

• Handle cash transactions, including POS system operation and register management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC).

• At least one year of related bartending experience.

• Strong guest service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of standard beverage service equipment and safe operation procedures.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment whereyoullwalk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.

Youllwork outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
