Core Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Conduct comprehensive assessments and execute individualized care plans.
Patient Advocacy: Act as a dedicated liaison for patients and families, ensuring privacy and informed care.
Collaborative Care: Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of physicians and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Agility: Maintain high standards of care while floating between units based on census needs (average ratios of 7:1 or less).
Education: Empower patients with clear discharge instructions and health education.
Qualifications
License: Current Florida RN or Multistate Compact license.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Specialty).
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred for Critical Care/Specialty areas.
Mindset: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and a willingness to work rotating schedules.
