In partnership with Telos Health Systems, we are currently hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).

Minimum 2 Days per Week Choose the days that work best for you
Competitive pay-per-encounter compensation model
No billing or insurance work required
Serve a high-need population in long-term care settings
ResponsibilitiesConduct diagnostic assessments and initial mental health evaluations
Provide follow-up psychotherapy to residents in SNFs and ALFs
Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with facility staff and Directors of Mental Health
Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination when needed
QualificationsActive LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist license
Masters or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology
Experience working in behavioral health or long-term care preferred
Ability to work independently with remote support
Strong documentation and communication skills
