Essential Functions
  • Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll data
  • Respond to inquiries regarding payroll
  • Update and maintain accurate records of employee payroll information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Prepare and distribute reports to management
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience processing payroll
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data
  • High level of organization
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Competent with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with ADP preferred
  • Able to work within a team setting
