Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Licensure:
Current and valid [State] Occupational Therapy License .

•

Certifications:

- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy ( NBCOT ) certification.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification through the American Heart Association ( AHA ).

•

Experience:

Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience.

• Preferred:
Active membership or specialized certification through AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) or OTAC (Occupational Therapy Association of California).
