. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Pay Range: $ - $
- Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures
, including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular). - Provide occupational health services
, including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries
. - Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
. - Serve as a clinical leader
, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care
. - Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
- Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
. - Active PA or NP license in the applicable state.
- Current DEA license
. - BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification
.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and patients while maintaining a patient-centered mindset that values inclusivity, respect, and individualized care.
- Participates in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
