A Southwest Suburban Family Law Firm seeks a motivated and career-minded associate. The position offers a career path, great office culture, and the opportunity to represent clients on cases that cover the full range of family law issues. Be involved in initial consultations and the planning of legal strategies. Handle negotiations of marital settlement agreements and allocation judgments. Litigate allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, property division, and Pre & Post-Nuptials.

Applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills to aid clients in dealing with the stress of domestic relations litigation.

Finally, an applicant must possess great drafting/writing skills and be able to communicate effectively and interact with others, including clients and opposing attorneys.
