Days Needed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Times Needed: Flexible. 10 hours a week for six weeks (March 30, 2026 – May 1, 2026).
AdditionalJob Duties , Skills, and Requirements
- Consult with staff to identify project needs and desired outcomes.
- Help create, edit, and format training materials such as slides, handouts, job aids, and basic online content.
- Participate in reviewing and editing training content for clarity and accuracy.
- Help maintain organized digital files and documentation related to ongoing training initiatives.

Special Instructions to ApplicantsDuring the Fall and Spring, student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. During the Summer, holiday break and spring break student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week. Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours.
Student employees must always maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
