Job Title: Education Instructor (full-time, tenure track faculty)

• Support the goals and mission of the college; provide quality instruction to students; and communicate with the department chair or administrator.
• Teach a selection of Education discipline courses at the community college level.
• Assist with various faculty responsibilities; it is preferred that the role will serve as program coordinator.

• Master’s degree in Education with a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience at Grades 1-12 required.
• Experience teaching post-secondary students preferred.

• Maintains high standards for classroom instruction; applies innovative teaching methods; and is able to work with students at all skill levels.
• Teaching duties will include preparing, instructing, and evaluating courses; seeks continuous improvement in teaching methodology and student-centered learning.

• Position Status: Full Time
• Hours: To be determined
• Salary/Wage: $58,623-$71,670 (Base Load is 15 ECH)
