A growing accounting firm seeking a strong Client Accounting & Tax Associate with proven tax prep experience.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare & review individual and corporate tax returns (start to finish)
- Manage client books in Quick Books Online
- Reconcile accounts & clean up “For Review” items
- Support clients with tax and accounting questions
- Advanced Quick Books Online experience
- 2+ paid tax seasons (30+ returns/year)
- Full-cycle tax prep experience
- Ability to lead the tax process
- $28–$38/hr (DOE)
- Hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 remote)
- Small, collaborative team (7 people)
