Are you looking for a rewarding career in Nursing? We are currently searching for a Wound Care Coordinator RN to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team.

• As a Wound Care Coordinator
  , you will be instrumental in improving residents’ lives by providing support to the Treatment Doctor and overseeing the wound care team.
• Deliver wound care services under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing.
• Assist residents with the delivery of wound care, including lifting, turning, and repositioning during treatment.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition, maintain a safe environment, and ensure ongoing education for staff and residents.

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPR certification.
• Wound Care certification preferred; a minimum of 2 years of wound care experience is acceptable.
