• Manage Admissions Process – Guide new residents and families through the intake process from start to finish.
• Ensure Compliance – Ensure all required documentation and information are completed for admissions.
• Communicate with Families & Physicians – Coordinate with physicians, insurance companies, and families to arrange admissions and transfers.
• Handle Documentation – Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and admissions files.
• Provide Information & Assistance – Answer questions about services, financial options, and care plans.
• Coordinate with Other Departments – Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments to ensure seamless transitions.

• Previous Experience in Admissions or Intake Coordination (Preferred, but not required).
• Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
