Position: Fleet Operations Assistant (contract)

Fleet Operations Assistant

We are looking for talented professionals to be a part of a dynamic team. We focus on professionalism, kindness, integrity, and confidentiality while delivering best-in-class service and a positive working experience for staff.

The Fleet Operations Assistant will support Fleet Operations by ensuring vehicles are consistently clean, safe, prepared, and operationally ready. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service excellence through behind-the-scenes support, dealer visits, FBO deliveries, logistics coordination, and vehicle security.

Core

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Detail and maintain vehicles to the highest standards (interior/exterior)
  • Ensure vehicles are fueled, charging, staged, and ready to use
  • Perform visual inspections and report issues promptly using a standard checklist provided by Fleet Operations (app based for maximum efficiency)
  • Shuttle vehicles between properties and service providers
  • Assist with maintenance scheduling and basic service tracking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of fleet areas
  • Adhere to confidentiality and professional conduct standards at all times
Skills & Work Requirements
  • Prior experience in detailing, hospitality, security, fleet support, or logistics preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving manual, electric, and speciality or exotic vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • High reliability and follow-through
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Salary Range

$40 – $45 USD
