Responsibilities- Assist with administration of recruiting, training, practice, fundraising, budget management, and team travel for the Women’s Tennis program.
- Help plan and organize team training and practice sessions.
- Organize equipment and clothing procurement, and manage travel for individual tournaments.
- Assist with recruiting student-athletes to compete at Stanford.
- Follow NCAA guidelines and University standards and policies in coordinating recruiting efforts.
- Understand and apply NCAA regulations to all aspects of the program; pass an annual NCAA regulations exam.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three years of coaching experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Previous Division I level competition is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with student-athletes, peers, and the general public.
- Computer literacy with common office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).
- Ability to understand and comply with all rules and regulations of Stanford, the ACC Conference, and NCAA.
- Ability to work compatibly and cooperatively with a variety of staff and personnel in the Department of Athletics, the University, and the community.

The expected pay for this position is $70,500 per annum. Stanford provides pay ranges as a good faith estimate of compensation. Final pay is determined based on factors including scope and responsibilities, qualifications, departmental budget, internal equity, location, and external market pay.
