Full Stack Engineer

We’re a venture-backed startup headquartered in downtown Palo Alto, preparing for a public launch later in 2026. Backed by leading institutional investors and strategic angels, we’re building a verified operating system designed to run at national scale.

Our platform brings together digital identity, secure communication, modern money movement, and intelligence-driven services in a single system. Built on modern financial rails and applied AI, it supports real-world use cases such as payments, remittances, and digital services - designed for reliability, security, and scale.

We’re starting with deployments across markets where modern infrastructure meets real operational demand, and expanding globally from there. Initial institutional deployments are underway, with commercial agreements in place and revenue already being realized.

We’re seeking Full Stack Engineers to help build and scale the core product experiences and systems that power our platform. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for engineers who enjoy owning problems end to end—from user experience through backend implementation—and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and infrastructure partners to design and deliver features that are intuitive for users while remaining secure, reliable, and scalable. Depending on experience, you may own major product areas, contribute to architectural decisions across the stack, and help shape engineering best practices as the team grows.

This role offers the chance to apply strong engineering fundamentals across the full stack while retaining the speed, ownership, and impact of an early-stage startup. Scope and responsibility will be matched to experience, with clear room to grow.

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of meaningful product and technical areas, from initial design through production operation and iteration. Scope and ownership will scale with experience.

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features spanning frontend (Type Script, React) and backend services (Java, Spring Boot).
• Translate product requirements and user needs into thoughtful technical designs, balancing speed, quality, and long‑term maintainability.
• Own features from concept to launch, including implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs that support web and mobile clients with clarity, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and caching layers (e.g., Redis) to deliver low‑latency experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to define clean, evolvable API contracts and make informed tradeoffs around performance, cost, and data evolution.

• Build high‑quality user-facing experiences across web and mobile using React, React Native, and Expo.
• Contribute to frontend and cross‑platform architecture decisions, including state management, data‑fetching patterns, and component design.
• Partner closely with product and design to deliver polished, accessible, and high‑fidelity experiences.

• Uphold high standards for code quality, testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end), and system reliability.
• Participate in production support and incident response, troubleshooting issues across frontend, backend, and distributed systems.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve velocity, quality, and developer workflows.

• Build systems with a strong security mindset, including secure coding practices, authentication and authorization flows, and data privacy.
• Help ensure systems handling sensitive data (PII, financial data) support auditability, access controls, and compliance awareness.
• Partner in vulnerability remediation, security reviews, and continuous system hardening.
