With AI bots running amok, 'in real life' (IRL) is emerging as the most important play in the B2B marketer's toolkit. We're building the world's best way for marketers to book IRL gatherings—a marketplace with the most unique IRL experiences, transparent package pricing, and three-click booking. We already serve 5% of the Fortune 500, have processed $100M+ in events this past year, and recently signed several new distribution partners including  for Business.

Our core enterprise business is now profitable and we're launching a revolutionary new product offering and we need your help.

• Backend:
  Build the Marketplace Engine – Evolve our Next.js architecture, design robust APIs for partners, build the booking engine and pricing systems that scale across distribution channels. Create the technical foundation that handles millions of bookings.
• Frontend:
  Craft Delightful Interfaces – Build interfaces that feel alive—smooth transitions, micro-interactions, responsive animations. Maintain a high bar of quality matching the world's best consumer products. Make enterprise software feel effortless.
• AI:
  Integrate Intelligence Where It Matters – Integrate LLMs into search, recommendations, and automation where they create real value. Build features that feel magical while maintaining reliability.
• Build a killer team with a world-class culture – We're looking for someone who is a natural tinkerer, wants to architect, code, build, and ship. But is also a natural team builder and wants to expand our team as needed. With AI coding tools, the game has changed and you're a pro at right sizing the organization accordingly.

• 3–8 years building consumer‑facing products at startups
• Strong Next.js, React, Type Script, Postgres
• Experience with API design and integrations
• Comfortable with AI/LLM integration
• Strong design instincts and attention to detail in UI work
