This is an opportunity to operate with the agility of a founding team while leveraging the massive compute resources and capital of a major AI lab.

You will serve as a founding engineer for a new product category focused on AI‑powered ad creation. This is a high‑autonomy role where you will work directly with research and product leadership to define the technical roadmap. You will move fast to prototype, validate, and ship a platform that acts as a creative partner for agencies and brands.

• The Core Application:
  Architect and build the primary application from the ground up, including scalable backend APIs and the user‑facing interface.
• Agentic Workflows:
  Design the system that allows AI agents to interact with and automate complex creative tasks, moving beyond simple chat interfaces to full workflow execution.
• Platform Integrations:
  Build robust, scalable integrations with major advertising platforms to fit seamlessly into the professional ecosystem.

• 0‑to‑1 Builder:
  You have a proven track record of shipping new products or major features from scratch. You thrive in ambiguity and prefer defining the spec as you build.
• Ads Domain Fluency:
  You possess deep experience in the advertising technology space (Ads Managers, DSPs, or creative optimization) and understand the workflows of creative professionals.
• Full‑Stack Versatility:
  You are expert‑level in Python backend development and proficient with modern frontend frameworks like React and Type Script.
• AI Curiosity:
  You have hands‑on experience with or a strong desire to build with LLMs and generative agents.
