Job Title: Residential Security Agent – Armed (Concealed)

Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

• Execute day-to-day protective assignments, maintaining a high level of situational awareness and adhering strictly to established security protocols and client expectations.
• Conduct regular and irregular patrols across the property to identify, assess, and report security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity, ensuring a visible and proactive security presence.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or threats, taking immediate action to protect clients and property while minimizing disruption to the household.
• Follow established access control procedures to verify and process guests, vendors, and service personnel while maintaining discretion and safeguarding perimeter integrity.
• Support secure transportation operations by assisting with vehicle readiness checks, route awareness, and risk observations to ensure safe and efficient client travel.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all client interactions, upholding a standard of discretion, courtesy, and service excellence.
• Maintain a discreet protective posture that respects the family’s privacy, comfort, and daily routine while ensuring continuous security coverage.
• Remain adaptable to changes in security needs, client preferences, and household routines, adjusting personal duties as directed by supervisors.
• Monitor and operate surveillance systems, alarms, and other security technology to maintain real-time awareness of property activity.
• Participate in training exercises and skill development activities to maintain readiness and contribute effectively to team operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the estate’s layout, including blind spots, emergency exits, and key assets, to respond quickly and effectively when required.
• Display calmness, sound judgment, and composure under pressure, especially during emergencies or high-stress situations.
• Support extended or overnight security coverage by rotating duties and maintaining alertness throughout the shift.

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in private protection, protective details, close protection, military, law enforcement, or a relevant protection role.

  Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW | LEOSA | HR218); BSIS Appropriate Use of Force Certification; BSIS Powers to Arrest Certification;
  First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification (for Adults, Children, & Infants)
