PositionSummary
Mashgin is looking to hire an Account Director to our sales team. You will be responsible for owning and growing the Ski portfolio across major accounts, and handling business development activities within the United States. This is an individual contributor role, but requires someone who is a team player and passionate about Mashgin's technology. We don’t have a "territory" for you to manage—we have a blank map.
You aren’t just selling hardware; you are re-engineering the guest experience at 400+ resorts across North America. If you want to be responsible for building Mashgin’s ski vertical from 0 to scale, this role is for you!
The ideal candidate would be based in Salt Lake City or Denver with close proximity to a major airport.

- Aggressively identifying, prospecting, and closing new business across every major ski conglomerate and independent resort in the US
- Building strong relationships over a long-term selling cycle
- Assisting the project management, deployment, and customer success teams in execution and client retention
- Demonstrating our product suite and technology offerings to prospective clients, and becoming a product expert on the technology
- Rolling up your sleeves to get things done full cycle from cold outreach, to contract signature, to customer success and beyond
- 4+ years in business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% of the time
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Deep existing relationships within the Ski or High-Volume Hospitality space
- Experience selling complex SaaS contracts
