Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Business Development Representative (BDR)

OTE of circa $90k/100k, on a 70/30 split – with maybe a bit of flex for the right person

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing Series A AI company that is building its outbound motion from scratch. This is a high‑visibility BDR role for someone who wants to learn quickly, work closely with senior sales leadership, and play a meaningful part in building pipeline at an early stage.

There’s no inbound engine and no playbook handed to you. You’ll be helping create both.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prospecting into enterprise and mid‑market accounts via phone, email, Linked In, and creative outbound
  • Researching accounts and tailoring messaging so outreach feels relevant and human
  • Booking high‑quality meetings and ensuring clean handoffs to AEs
  • Qualifying prospects and walking away quickly when there’s no fit
  • Handling objections with confidence and curiosity
  • Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and a consistent daily cadence
